TrySniper

Global talent search · Experienced HR judgment

The right person
changes everything.

TrySniper finds and assesses exceptional talent around the world, with the HR experience to understand your business and the support to help each hire succeed.

FieldConsidered shortlist

Precision in the search.

Experience in the judgment.

Care in what happens next.

The problem

A strong résumé is only part of the picture.

Business leaders are overwhelmed by applications, interviews, and candidates who look convincing on paper. A successful hire also depends on clear expectations, proven capability, the right management, and an agreed definition of success.

The harder questions usually go unanswered.

  1. Q1Can this person actually deliver?
  2. Q2Will they work effectively with this manager?
  3. Q3Are expectations aligned on both sides?
  4. Q4Does the role match their capabilities and ambitions?
  5. Q5Will they receive the structure needed to succeed?
  6. Q6Who notices when the relationship starts drifting?
The interview is only the beginning.

A poorly matched hire consumes leadership attention, delays execution, and creates more work for the surrounding team. TrySniper helps you make a better‑informed decision and gives each hire a more structured start. You can stop carrying the hiring process alone.

The evidence

Know why each person belongs on your shortlist.

Every recommendation should come with a reason. We assess each candidate across five dimensions.

  • CapabilityEvidence that the person can perform the actual work
  • DeliveryRelevant accomplishments, ownership, and problem‑solving
  • Working relationshipCommunication, feedback preferences, and management expectations
  • Practical alignmentCompensation, availability, working hours, and location
  • MotivationWhat the person wants next, and why this opportunity makes sense

We define fit through job‑related evidence and mutual expectations. We never score personality, and we never select for similarity to your existing team.
